| If you buy liquid items in the duty free outlet or other retail outlets in the departure lounge you are allowed to carry these onto the cabin - in any size (however it must still conform to your duty free allowances). |

| Such liquid duty free purchases will be placed in a plastic bag and sealed. It is important you do not break this seal until you have reached your final destination. Also, keep the receipt in case you are asked for verification of your purchase. |

| If you have to change flights at any EU airport, then special restrictions apply. Liquid items such as duty free can be taken through the security check point at your connecting airport if: |
| |
- goods conform to the requirements for travellers departing from EU airports as set out above; or
- they've been purchased airside at another EU airport, or on board an aircraft operated by an EU carrier. You will need to show proof of purchase to demonstrate this.
- Liquid goods in excess of 100ml bought from other airports or on board other airlines can be carried as hand luggage on your connecting flight.
